Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa peranan Penilaian Key Performance Indicator berdasarkan Balance Scorecard dalam Perspektif Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Bukittinggi beserta pengaruhnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Key Performance Indicator Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan khususnya pada Perspektif Keuangan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Bukittinggi khususnya pada Bidang Keuangan dapat diukur dengan Efektif menggunakan Key Performance Indicator berdasarkan Balance Scorecard pada Persepektif Keuangan, tinggi rendahnya Kinerja Karyawan padabagian Keuangan dapat tercermin pada Penilaian Kinerja yang dilakukan menggunakan Key Performance Indicator berdasarkan Balance Scorecard pada Persepektif Keuangan
